Dean and Sam Winchester are once again at each others side
hunting, slowly trying to eliminate the supernatural from the
everyday lives of civilians, the brothers reverting to what they
do best and only thing relatively normal in their lives. But
everything for the Winchesters and the rest of the hunting
community is far from normal, it seems like heaven and hell are
crashing down on earth and not caring about the destruction
and death they’ll leave in their wake.
Everyone has a part to play. Sam is continuing his secretive
meetings with Ruby, the demon that picked up the pieces
when Dean went to hell, working towards his goal of
destroying Lilith before she can do any more damage. Dean is
being pushed and pulled by the angels who seem to be using
him as their little errand boy much to his displeasure, their
most recent mind trick was transporting him back to 1973 to
try and stop the yellow-eyed demon. Upon his return
something went wrong and a young Mary Campbell, soon to
be Mary Winchester found herself stuck in the latter part of
2008.
Now on top of everything else, dealing with the demons, the
angels, preventing the apocalypse and repairing their
relationship, the brothers have to find a way to handle the
sudden appearance of their youthful mother and figure out a
way how to send her back before too much damage is done.
