Two households, both alike in dignity

Competition is good for the soul. Good for grades and even better for parents. Even in the magical world in these modern days, there is a certain social understanding of boarding schools. Sex, drugs, alcohol, all of them seem to run rampant when children are separated from mommy and daddy. To ensure that the youth of Eastern America abstains from such acts, boys and girls have been separated for their education. Boys sent to Vivero Hechizo University, a small school located on a hidden island off the coast of Florida. Girls sent to Salem Institute for Witchcraft, a large school located in the middle of Salem, Massachusetts. The two schools have been rivals since they’ve opened, hoping that the competition would be good for grades.

In fair Verona, where we lay our scene

With dropout rates on the rise through the whole country, magical schools are no exception. Despite numerous efforts from the staff and parents, Vivero Hechizo is forced to close it’s doors forever. With the small population of male students who still strive for an education, where are they supposed to go? Despite protests, petitions and pleas, from both parents and students, the males are being forced to head up North where they will attend Salem Institute for… Magic. With a new name and new dorms, will old rivalries fade with the passing of the University? Or will it only get worse?

From ancient grudge break to new mutiny

The school is swiftly becoming divided, with females attempting to maintain their school, and males attempting to find an identity in a new home. There have been several duels broken up on the grounds and even some pranks between the dorms. Some pranks more childish, toilet paper hanging from the male dormitory building or even all of the female trunks floating in the pool. Some pranks have gotten more serious, duels between students causing chaos in the once peaceful town.

Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean

Can the peace ever be restored with a female corpse rotting behind the boys’ dormitory? A young fifth year female, Alexis Parker, was found cursed in a shallow grave. Was it the work of a male student desperate for some relief and an identity in a new place? Or something else? In 2010 and a whole ocean away, many people felt that the effects of Lord Voldemort could never wash up on the Atlantic Ocean shores. Could they all be wrong?

What here shall miss, our toil shall strive to mend

With all this war and murder taking place, will love be able to shed it’s light on the world, or will it be hidden by darkness? Only you can decide.
