Well, you all know what this is for. Those colorful little pages where you put down all of your friends and enemies and lovers. You are not required to use them, but we do ask that, if you do, you keep them active. And please don't be scared to post in random pages. Most people like that.

Have an amazing plot idea and need another character for it? Or do you just need someone to rp with? Post it here. No real rules for this board except that you don't discriminate. If a plot is open it is open for everyone, not just the three people who you talk to most often. Beyond that, have fun and come up with something juicy. Tis what we all love.

Here is where one can post about wanted characters, and specific characters only. Say, if your character has a best friend or sibling you want to role play with, here is the place. The only thing we ask that you not do is look for your character's current boyfriend/girlfriend/fiance. We would prefer if people broadened their horizons and role played with different types of characters instead of coming onto the site with a plan of exactly what you want. A spouse is fine, however, because a spouse if a part of history yadda yadda. Anyway, have fun!

Instant messanger is for anyone who is just bored and wants someone, anyone to talk to, or when they have to tell a friend something but are too lazy to pick up the phone and call or text them. This board is very useful for shortening threads and the like, but it is not to be overused. Posting in the IM, or any tech board, does not count as posting in character and if this is all you do then your PB may be taken or you may be deleted. Beyond that, have fun and do what and as you need! No need for fancy coding or anything, just whatever works for you.

From telephone to e-mail to myspace and facebook, here's where you go for that. Whether it's just some time to kill or you have to call someone and cancel once again, here's where you go to do it. Technology is an easy way to talk to the people around you when you don't have much time to do it. We have decided to put it all on one board and if something gets any special amount of use it will get its own board.

This is where you can find a lot of things you may need for the stable. You can often find the people who work around the barns here to cool off and get away from the loud boarders for a little bit. Anything you need to know about the stables for shows to horses for sell can be found here.

Here's where you and your horse can go for some riding and training time. There are three arenas so there is always a place to ride that isn't too crowded. All of the arenas have sandy footing to keep it easy of the horse and to make it so it doesn't hurt so much when you fall off, as we all do. The arenas are beautifully kept and are hosed down when they get dusty and raked before a show.

Here's where you can let your horse out for some movement so they're aren't cooped up in a stall all day. There are two pastures for horses that are in pasture all the time, two for horses that need to be out during the day and twenty small pastures for stallions or other horses that need to be alone. If you ask, stable hands will put the horse out for you and put them back in at the end of the day.

The trails that are on the stable property are gorgeous and the envy of many other stables. The river from which the stable got it's named is lovely to look at and at some places shallow enough to cross, as there are no bridges. Anyone can come for a hike on the trails. Three-day-eventers also get their practice in as some of the trails have cross country jumps set up at different heights. There is a map at the main entrance to the woods that will show you all the trails to help you to avoid getting lost and markers along the main trails. Watch out for deer and other animals! The like the woods for their home.

The lobby is where everyone just hangs out. You can watch what's going on in the indoor arena from the large windows. It is air conditioned and heated to make sure it is comfortable. Though there is no carpet because everyone knows how dirty that will get at a stable it is fairly homey. There is a microwave and fridge for your food and a vending machine. With couches and chairs and a tv it's a great place to hang out and some showers will even stay the night so they don't have to get up quite so early.

These apartments are open for those who work at the stable. There are ten of them and are given out on a first come first serve basis, but can have a roommate if they don't mind the tight spaces. All of the apartments look exactly the same, with the exception of the type of bed in the apartment. There is a small kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a living area and that's it, but it's very cheap to stay here. It's only open to those who work at the stable, though. Some rooms have one queen sized bed and others have two fulls, for those who would like to live with roommates.

Here's the only tack store within a forty minutes of th stable, and therefore it does very well as it is also the largest within a couple of hours. Anything you need you can find here. The stable buys all their food and hay from here as well as the tack for the lesson horses. Both new and used stuff are available so it can fit any budget. Everyone who works here is generally very kind and helpful. The store has a homey feel to it and in such a small out everyone knows everyone else.

Grandma June's is the only restaurant until you get into Pittsburg itself, and therefore is always busy. In the morning it serves breakfast and is the best little coffee house, and much cheaper than Starbucks would ever be and of the same quality. For the rest of the day, though, they are a diner with the best hamburgers would could ever hope to eat. No one discourages the restaurant's growth because no one wants to see their favorite place close.

The town sits at the edge of the Chicago River, and it is the cloest they can get to a beach unless they count Lake Michigan and are willing to go all the way into the city. That's okay though, because at this point in the river the water has become clear to look at and he shore is more sand than rock. It's a nice place to go for a little break and dogs can safely play in the water since the current isn't very strong at this point either. If you follow some of the stable's trails you can come to this area as well. Luckily no one in the town seems to care.

Well, it's not very big but neither is the town and most people are okay with that. It has many trails and is always gorgeous as it is kept well maintained. There's a small playground for children and benches for parents to rest on as well. It's a nice place to meet or hang out or just take the dog for a walk.

The most expensive living in the area. There are no apartments, but the houses range from tiny to mansions and the yards are also tiny to large. Horses are not allowed in any place in town besides the stable, though so don't try that. Anyway, it's a great place to live and raise kids away from the dangerous city. And when everyone knows everyone else finding a babysitter, or a house sitter for vacation, is never difficult. Always a plus.

Hollywood and Vine is an upscale dance club in downtown Chicago. You must be looking your bes to get into this club as they will not allow anyone else in. They also are known for keeping a stict eye on IDs. That's right, no one underaged will ever get in here, and getting a drink in their hand would be a dream. Even a fake ID won't help you as they scan everyone and may ask for multiple form of identification if they do not believe you are of age. To those who are twenty-one, the club is the place to be. They play the best music, have the best atmosphere and are known for their perfectly made drinks. Everyone loves it.

Temptations is a dance club down the street from Hollywood and Vine. Unlike H&V, though, it's not so upscale, but for those underage people out there, they rarely check an ID. Too bad it's also a strip club. That's the only thing they do really well. Turn to the left when you walk in and there you have a stage and there's always at least one girl on it. Turn to the right and you don't have to see anything, well, except the girls walking around in clothing that requires no imagination.

The mall of Chicago. Though a lot of it is outside it's still nice to shop in the summer and does have some indoor areas. It's very windy due to the proximity to the lake which makes it chilly so most people do try and stay inside for their actually shopping. Still, it has a beautiful view and great intertainment and food.

Everyone knows that Chicago is a dangerous city, and here's where all that danger takes place. From gang actions to prostitution to crimes, it all takes place here. Not much to say about this place except for stay away from it.

Probably the most diverse area to live. It ranges from places nearly as expensive as town living to places in the west side that are held together by duck tape. Most students will live in places inbetween these two extremes and most families live somewhere around this area as well, depending on income of course. There is little by the way of houses in which you can buy, but there are some nice rentable places to live. You can get whatever you want by living here, most of the time.

Here is where you can post about anything and everything and more. Is there a place in Chicago that isn't there but you want to play in, go ahead. Or is your character going on vacation to England or Disney World? You can do that too! Just where ever you need and this is the magically changing board that will help you with that. Just make sure you let everyone know where the thread is taking place!
