height , 6'

basic appearance, Eyes- Small, dark brown eyes. They look constantly squinted. The darkness of his iris's change from an almost honey brown, to poop brown on a regular basis.
Nose and lips- Braden has what the 'Who's from the famous Dr. Suess books have on their face. A small, pointed nose. It goes with his tiny eyes and lips, but not really the rest of him. His lips of course, are tiny too. Very thin, and often chapped.
Head/Face- Chubby cheeks, and a big forehead are the things that he hates the most about himself. They make the rest of his face and head look so small. His chin is rather defined too, also making the other features smaller. His ears appear to be abnormally tiny as well.
Hair- Sandy blonde, and kept at a manageable, yet attractively messy length. It isn't short enough to be considered buzzed, nor long enough to really have any other name.
Body- Braden is very tall, and very in shape. There isn't enough fat on his body to shake a stick at. He has abs, and peck, and biceps, triceps, calves and quads. They are all defined, and bulging.
physical flaws, His forehead is way too big. He has tiny, beady eyes, and his eyebrows point at their arches. He has too long of arms that make him look like an ape. He also has a 'Who' nose.

overall personality , Growing up in a family as large as his, Braden has learned to respect his parents, and be thankful for what he has. With three older siblings, it's hard not to be levelheaded, especially when you know how much your younger sister looks up to you. So, Braden can be a bit of a role model when he wants to be. He doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, and doesn't sleep around. His parents were die-hard Christians, and made sure he was at church every Sunday. But, as he likes to say, 'Just because you sit in a garage, that doesn't make you a car."
Of course, he couldn't be perfect, right? Maybe. He never had a rebellious streak, but has always been a fun loving guy. Raised in California, it's hard not to be, even if you are in the mountains. He loves to go outside and get dirty. If he's not doing that, he's probably eating or sleeping. Since his parents owned a ranch in Cali, he was raised around horses, tourists, and snow. Yes, it snows in California. A lot. And his Bear Valley was a great spot for many different snow activities.
He's always been an animal lover, even as a child. In the summer, he'd catch mice, and frogs, and hide them in boxes under his bed. Every night his mother would do a quick check to make sure there were no critters in her house. The family had a dog of course, a big lazy yellow Lab. The beast was old, and never wanted to go hiking, or tag along for horse-back rides.
Braden is a rather charming fellow, knowing how to use his knack for making people feel special to his advantage. He can woo a girl in no time if she'll give him the chance. Then again, sometimes they think he's gay. But that's never an issue, he still gets a dance. He's never been good at being the one flirted with though. He thinks it's something about his manhood...

history , Barbara and George run and own Bear Valley Sports and Recreation. The happily married couple have five children now, and they all get along very well. And normally, this would be the time where I would break out the SYKE!!! But I wont. Promise. The Moore's really are a loving, and supportive family too. Good thing, no one wants a family of five kids and all of them are underachievers. It seems that if you support a kid, they do well. Who would have thought it?
Oliver is an actor. He's been on a few soap's, he also has his degree in psychology, so, when his career appears to be over, he will hang up his ego, and go help other people. Isabelle, or Belle as the family calls her, is a teacher, with two kids of her own, and another on the way. Victor is a doctor, and Evelyn is in college to be an equestrian vet. Degrees and money are popular with the Moore kids. Everyone always said how smart and pretty they were. They had their mothers deep brown eyes, and their fathers sandy blonde hair. Except for Evelyn, she had her dad's black hair. Not the point though. They are a family of perfectionists, all but little Braden.
Being the youngest boy in the family was always hard for him. He had to do the most chores it seemed, get great grades, do sports, and help with the family business. He also had to be called Oliver and Victor's little brother. Never Braden. Or, that other Moore boy. He had to meet the standards his brothers made. Even starting in elementary school. Of course, Bear Valley, while the tourism rocks, the small town feel is still there. So all of the teachers who taught Oliver, taught all of the kids, down to Evelyn.
Braden never thought he was as smart or strong as his brothers though, so he was constantly striving to be as good as them. Little did he know, he was as smart, and as strong as them. But with all of the pushing, it was hard to realize it. It seemed like they were all telling him, Braden you aren't good enough yet. So as he got taller, he got stronger. As he got older, he got smarter, and soon realized that he didn't want to be a doctor, or a psychiatrist. He wasn't ready to settle down, and make a family. He was a hands on kind of guy, and wanted to travel.
When Braden was 16, instead of getting a car for his birthday, he got a filly. A very young, sick, Knabstrupper filly. He wasn't sure what to do with her. Rejected by her mother, whom they all thought would be terrific for the job, and getting weaker by the day, Braden took up residence in the barn, and fed the filly night and day by bottle, getting as much nutrients from the mare as possible. She wouldn't feed her baby... Yet she would hold still for Braden to do the gross task of milking her. For an 16 year old boy who's only encounter with breasts was an awkward evening at camp, it was weird. Eventually, she was strong enough that he could give her formula. He raised the filly himself, and trained her. After that, he knew he wanted to be a horse trainer. He wanted to own his own ranch one day, or maybe take over the families.
So, when the Knabstrupper, whom he named Wouldn't it be Nice, was old enough, and ready to be ridden on the long journey ahead, he left home. As soon as he'd turned 16, he'd taken up another job in town, and had been saving up the money for this trip. He was 23, and the mare was 7. He would sleep in a tent when the weather permitted, and stay in smaller towns, where horses weren't so rare to see. He would take up small jobs on ranches, and when he was ready to leave, he would.
After about a year, he decided he needed another companion, besides Specks, his pet name for the mare. He'd been thinking about finding some young man, looking to break away from his family, but then he realized that would put him in charge of another human being. No, a dog would make more sense. So, he stopped at a humane society, and fell in love with a Berger Picard, named Lucas. The dog had been given up, because he was eating chickens on a family ranch. He adopted the dog, and went through the paper work. He was working on a ranch outside of the town at the time, somewhere in Montana, and told them he'd keep him inside. Unfortunately, the dog was a character, and could manage to open the door of the bunk where the help slept. He apparently wanted a snack, and chased after a chicken. Braden was told it was the dog, or his job. So, he packed up, and he, Lucas, and Specks went on their way.
After starting his trip at 23 years old, he's traveled across the country to Chicago. Now he lives at Caramel Rivers. He's hoping to make it across the country, and back, but for now, he's earning his keep as a stable hand. Specks is 9, and he's had Luke for a year. He keeps in touch with his family, but not really his old friends.
