overall personality , Sweet. That is the easiest word to use to describe Specks. Braden raised her well, and being around children has made her quite tolerable of anything. She's had small children ride her, even on the side of the road with trucks going by. She does well when she's stressed, and has never been known to throw a fit when she is frightened. She is used to long trail rides, but enjoys giving lessons as well. She is OK in a stall, but doesn't enjoy it. Though she is very tough to get on a trailer, since she's only been put in one once.

history , When Specks was born, her mother refused to care for her. She was producing milk, and the birth was textbook, but the mare just wanted nothing to do with her. The family who owned her decided to give the filly to their son, since she'd been born a few days before his birthday. He gave her the mares milk through a bottle, and formula when she was ready. All her training was done by the boy, and they developed quite a bond. Once she turned 7, they left their home, for a cross country trip.
