rider level , Beginner to advanced - You don‘t need to worry about throwing beginning riders on her, but she‘s got enough precision that more advanced people can have fun with her, too.
overall personality , Contrary to her name, Wicked is actually a complete sweet heart. She doesn‘t have a mean bone in her body, and pretty much anybody can get on her. She is perhaps the most careful horse you‘ll meet; she hates stepping on things and will fall over before setting a hoof on something other than solid ground, like a pole or a person. She can be a bit pushy at times, but Jackson‘s got her mostly broken of that habit. She‘s eager to please, very quiet and easy going, but she loves a job. She gets frustrated if she doesn‘t know what you want from her, but she‘s patient with most everyone. You can have a beginner on her throwing their weight around and sawing on her mouth and she won‘t bat an eyelash. She‘s a very forgiving horse, and content to just let you sit on her, but always eager to get out and work as well. Of course, she is a mare, and she does have her mare moments. She doesn‘t get along well with other horses, generally because she‘s at the bottom of the totem pole.

history , one Wicked was born to a paint breeder. She was imprinted at birth and then kicked out to pasture until she was a two year old, at which time she was brought in to begin formal training. She was a quick learner, and was sold to a young woman for barrel racing. However, that proved a poor investment; the mare simply didn‘t have the speed. She was shuffled around for a while, first to a working ranch, then to a girl who wanted to show her in western pleasure. For all her patience, the mare wasn‘t much of a show horse. Eventually, she was sold to Jackson, who bought her as a replacement for his old gelding, Ace. The two hit it off and proved to be a well matched pair. She‘s been with him ever since, and Jackson‘s little sister Jericho rode him while he was in the military.
