basic appearance, It's hard to say. Shadow doesn't really think she's pretty, but she goes along with whatever. Her bright blond hair falls to about her waist with dark highlights throughout. Normally, her hair is straight and either tied back to lose. Her hair is always long and rarely ever cut short, seeing as then it starts to get curly.
Shadow has a pale complexion, that of porcelain, due to her Scottish and German ancestry. She is a petite thing, only standing 5'4". She build is slight and she is very small, she is slight and not very muscular. Her face is heart-shaped and well toned, with her two, blue gray eyes. Her mouth is small and her nose is not too pointy or too small, to her it's just right.
Shadow's body seems to be one thing that is very different under her clothes. There are several different scars from different accidents, that of course either include a horse, car or stairs. Her legs are long and her waist slim. She isn't under weight and will never be, the way she eats. She is slim and well built, though she is still small. To her, there is not way she could be beautiful.
physical flaws,
- One light scar from her right shoulder blade to her hip
- Birthmark on her left shoulder blade
- Big nose
- Very faint eyebrows
- Hair overpowering

overall personality , Shadow was born to be a leader. She doesn't fallow the way the other kids thinks or look, she starts it. She's very shy though and doesn't really like to be around strangers without knowing someone. If needed though, she can step up take the plate, making her way to the top quickly and smoothly. She is never very keen though to fallowing the rules that get you to the top, she doesn't like to fallow anything.
Shadow's twin brother, Zorro is one of her best friends. She and he love to do anything together, even go to college. They loved to ride and enjoy the company of others. Shadow can be very outgoing when her twin is around. The two twins are glued at the hip and have been since birth. When one wanted a dog, the other did as well. Both twins love animals, especially Shadow. She is always with any animal, whether it be the dogs or horses, she's always with them.
There is this strange fear she has about fights though, for someone who is used to getting into them, when they become dangerous, she'll attempt to back out. Death is something that scars her, so fatal injuries are something she tries to avoid. Shadow is very shy and doesn't like to get close to people, in fear of losing them and the pain that comes along with that. The fear of losing someone or just being lost, is one thing she is very touchy about. Being in crowed places, they tend to give her strange attacks that make her fall to the ground and burst into tears, no one really knows why.
Shadow goes by 'Live Like You're Dieing'. Nothing can hold her back, not even fear, if it's something free and it gives you and adrenaline rush, she'll be there. She doesn't like to sit still or stay in one place to too long. She knows there is always a chance of getting hurt someplace, and the chance of it being fatal, to why not live like you're dieing? That's what she believes and she lives by that completely. Shadow will do anything, no matter who idiotic it may be, if it's a rush, she'll do it. If it means being free, and having fun, she'll do it. That's why she loves to ride her horse so much, it's something to make you feel free.

history , Shadow was born in the small town of Stroudsburg Pa with the big dream of making her way out of there. She was born with her older twin brother, Zorro Snover. Both began to ride horses at the age of 5 when they had seen so many horses they just had to ride, or they would die. Shadow was moved from stable to stable, never really finding the correct stable for her and her brother until they came to Twin Lake Acres. There, they truly felt like home and Shadow fell in love with a pony named Dixie. Dixie was a life saver and loved Shadow as much as she loved Dixie, but sadly due to some arthritis, she was sold and Shadow never saw her again.
At age 13, her mother and father moved her and her brother from Pennsylvania, to the terribly hot, Palm Bay Florida. There, Shadow began riding a horse named Special at a small stable down the road from her house. When she was 15, she began to prepare for College, hopping to become a veterinarian/author when she got older. As a 16th birthday present, she and her brother both got horses. Sadly though, about a year later, her horse died from colic while her brother's was sold due to moving.
When she was 18, a car swerved off the rode and had a head on collision with her, resulting in one scar that goes from her shoulder blade to her hips. Apparently though, the man who had hit her had a heart attack before swerving and sadly did not make it to the hospital. She was in the hospital for about a month, recovering from the crash. As soon as she got the okay though, she was back to driving and riding horses. Nothing was going to keep her from the animals she loves.
After graduation, Shadow's parents helped her buy another horse, that she loved. Shadow then took her twin and the two horses and spent the two months finding a place to live and go to college. She didn't want to stay in the evil heat and 'sunshine state' known as Florida. Neither did she stay down south for long. She and her brother made a quick trip to Pa then drove down to Illinois where they found they seemed to like the state. After finding a small stable for riding and finding a good place to stay, they now live in Caramel Rivers.

roleplay sample ,
My hand was placed on the boy's shoulder lightly. Ever since I had gotten here, I've had more guts than before. My breathing was slow and my hands were warm, odd for me in the cold. I knew there was something wrong with him by the way he was braced against the wall, there was always something wrong when she found a boy like him hiding in and ally way. Then again, there was something that made me think he was having a headache.
Sighing, a white puff was left sitting in the air for a moment. Frost seemed to settle down after the air changed and I could feel some warmth coming from the boy. He was too warm, for someone in the cold at least, much like he had a fever, or a migraine. Are you okay? I asked softly, focusing on the boy, and the warmth radiating from under his jacket. There was something about him that interested me, he wasn't just one of the boys from here, he seemed hurt, not physically though.
Thinking about it, I could remember my family, the way they acted when one of us was hurt. My parents, the didn't care, but I twin did, Josh did. He was the best brother a kid could ask for, though I wasn't ever the best sister. I was the one that killed him, the one person that would wish me a Merry Christmas or kiss my cuts when I was little. Thinking about it, I watched the boy, wondering, whether he had a family. This one time a year, on Christmas, I wish hope he does, so we wont be alone, like me and Socks and Ginger. Though we had each other, it was no comparison to a true family.
Do you need Advil or something? I asked, knowing what it feels like to want to numb out the pain, pain of everything. With my left hand on his shoulder, my other sat in my pocket, clutching the Advil I had there. Funny, how a kid would carry Advil, but with me, I fall a lot, and I need it most of the time. Sighing, I removed my hand and put it in my other pocked, holding the cell phone that sat there, waiting for someone to use it.
It was cold, and snowflakes fell quietly around us, but to tell the truth, that didn't make me cold, it was more the way of how I stood here, watching him and not doing anything. I took a deep breath and looked up at the sky, then quickly removed the lid from my Advil bottle and held two pills out to the boy, hoping he took them, even though I didn't know whether he was physical or mental pain, not even sure whether it was pain or not. He looked like he was in pain, though, his brown hair and arm being the only thing I could see, it was hard to tell. Merry Christmas. I whispered under my breath, hoping, somehow that he would hear, hoping he would be happy.
I was like that, always wishing people were happy, wanting everyone but myself to be happy, because for me, there was not happiness left in the world other than my dog and Ginger. My brother was murdered, my mom kicked me out, right before Christmas, the time when I needed a family the most. Worst of all, I didn't know whether I had any other living relatives left in this world. My Dad was an only child, his parents died, my mom was an only child, my brother died, and my mom never spoke to her parents, so I didn't know.
I wanted to go home, back to when my brother and I were happy, when he was alive, though I think death would be better for us than that. It was funny to think though, that if I could have chosen for my brother, I would have told him either run away for die, those are our best bets. And to tell the truth, the day he died, was the day we were supposed to run away, the day when he and I would make a brake for it, go live with some other family, or at least go to an orphanage, where they wouldn't separate us. And right now, the orphanage seemed like our only choice anymore, being only 16, it's either that or I could die.... No, that wouldn't be what Josh would want, he would want me to live, though I really needed to stop thinking of the past, that's what he would want.
Sighing, I turned to leave but still held the Advil in my hand, hoping he would want it, or need it like I needed someone to talk to.
