I'm sorry for the trouble, but yes. Due to the fact that Caramel Rivers is a role play for adult characters, we are trying to encourage older characters around the site. Not all of the restrictions are realistic, we know, and we are sorry if this ruins your plans for a character, but what we suggest is making the character at least 21 and tweaking a few things around. I believe none of the restrictions will deplete a good role players interest in bringing a character into the site if the character is well made. Thanks for your understanding.
Anyway, if your character is under the age of twenty-one they must adhere to all of the following conditions.

- Character may only have one horse
- The character's horse may not be a stallion or under the age of seven or require an advanced rider.
- The character may not live in town unless they live with their parents, either city living or work at the stable and live there. However, if they live at the stable they must live in an apartment for two.
- The character may only have one pet outside of their horse (whether they have a horse or not). This pet may not be considered a "baby".
- The character may not role play in Hollywood and Vine.
- Certain shows may not be open for the character to show in.
- The character’s playby must not be over the age of twenty-three.
- Cannot use stable horses that require an advanced rider
