basic appearance, The first thing people notice about Billie is obviously her vibrant red hair, which makes it hard for her to hide usually unless she dyes it. She has pale white skin, but it isn’t so pale that she looks like a ghost. However, this light skin makes her very susceptible to sun burns as one might expect. Birth marks are dotted around her white skin, but they are only ‘here and there’, the most interesting and noticeable one above her left breast. She has inviting cool, green eyes, which are medium-sized with long eyelashes. You know what’s also noticeable? Her nose, while it isn’t ridiculously huge – it is quite ‘prominent’ at some angles. Her lips aren’t huge, thank god, but they are soft looking…
Billie possesses a small, thin frame which would lead many to suspect that she cannot take many hits, though her perseverance and speed would surprise these people. She cannot make a fist thanks to a childhood injury, but she can move quickly enough to move out of the way of many punches and into a position where she may be able to trip her opponent somehow. Her legs are very strong from a lot of use, as she does run away from many people. Her upper body; however, does not look very strong at all and, at best, has a few muscles ‘poking through’…just barely. Since she is a woman, Billie does possess curves, but lacks Daisy Dukes – she does have a butt though, so perhaps that makes up for that flaw…for some men. Billie has only one piercing – a belly button piercing that she got when she was a teenager.
As she isn’t very rich and lives in the equivalent of a slum, Billie’s style of clothing isn’t very flashy or fancy. She usually simply wears sandals, black pants, ‘man-ish’ white button up blouse, with a black vest over that when she is ‘working’. However; there is something she always insists on wearing – a grey fedora with thin black pinstripes and a black band going around it – it is her most valued possession, but she always avoids the question of ‘why’ it is with amazing skill. When she isn’t working, Billie wears literally whatever piece of clothing that is lying around the house, but she is usually seen wearing the same description of clothing seen earlier in this paragraph.

Billie is hard to explain, to say the least. She only lets people know so much about her, but people are always craving for more. On the outside, Billie is laid-back and very easy going to the point where it is rare to see an expression of anger, sadness, or fear on her face – the most people ever see is that serene, half-lidded smile on her face. Billie is an enigma, she is a herstery to most people as she usually says enough to stir your interest, but never to give you the whole story – this is especially true about herself, almost no one knows anything about her in her current location. Some would accuse her of putting up a wall between herself and other people, but Billie would merely shrug this off, neither dismissing the accusation nor admitting to it, and tell them to sit back and smell the roses.
For a woman, Billie acts and behaves in a particularly masculine way. She is very ‘ballsy’ and lacks the trait woman have which allows them to ‘over-think’ things. There are many other, miniscule ways that she portrays this such as asking people to call her Jack instead of her real name among other things. This is often a disadvantage to her since, not only does it intimidate most men, but it makes her luck with relationships the same as a regular man’s – most often they are clueless about how a woman feels, etc, which means so is Billie. This being said, she is a remarkably simple-minded person when it comes to social skills…
When you get used to this, you will most likely notice how reliable and loyal Billie is. She isn’t one to double-cross someone she cares about and tends to show up just in the nick of time when someone needs her. She usually doesn’t do this on purpose so don’t assume she’s some kind of stalker or anything. When you give Billie a request, one that isn’t so trivial like making coffee, she usually comes through for you big-time and if she can’t she tries her best to turn the odds to your favor or to send you along to someone who can help. Undoubtedly, one can easily see that Billie, despite lacking many years in a formal school, might just be considered a genius. She reads a lot and is always interested in intelligent conversation about anything, though science isn’t actually her forte, but she has some background. Her thinking forsakes any sort of religious thinking or superstitions, and is solely logical.
Despite not intending to be ‘funny’, some might find themselves laughing at some of the things she says. Her sense of humor is open-minded, but her jokes are hidden in stiff dialogue and tones of voice. The success lies in how she isn’t necessarily trying to be funny most of the time. Another aspect of this is the shattering of her suavity during brief moments, inviting spells of klutziness and awkwardness to seep in through the cracks – the funny part is how she likes to pretend that no one sees these hiccups in her usually calm, cool, and collected demeanor. Lastly, Billie is known for being rather charming or at least magnetic. Constantly people who have just left a conversation with her will always want to talk with her more. She is a good-conversationalist and enjoys talking very much, so she tends to start up conversations with anyone she can.
Billie delights in flustering people, giving them nicknames that even when asked to stop she almost never does. It’s a twisted form of endearment, which usually ends up in either annoying people or downright pissing them off. Billie is cunning and loves being right or pinning things on the perpetrator, she doesn’t share her information with anyone until the end – this is to add more ‘oompf’ to her breakthrough….or so she says – maybe it’s just to show off. Billie isn't much of a Leader, she lacks the proper skills to be one, adding on to that - she lacks many important people skills. This lacking leads her to say certain things that may offend people, but usually it is just because she doesn't know better.

history , When she was younger, her Mother was supposedly an incredibly beautiful and undoubtedly would have been voted ‘most likely to succeed’ in High school. She was smart, elegant, and her wealthy parents had pushed her into Eventing. Dozens of men went after her; they practically threw themselves at her feet. She didn’t have eyes for any of them though – poor guys. Billie’s Mother did the cliché thing and went after the struggling artist. His name was Kyle Starks and he was about…five years older than her mom.
After Billie was born, Her Mom and Dad moved down toward Newark – just a wonderful place, have you heard of it? While her mom raised the baby from home, her Dad took up a job at the Phone Company. Long story short he was an ‘operator who fell in love with Long Distances’ and he up and left the new mother and daughter both. Billie was about three when that happened.
Zackary wasn’t her blood brother, but nonetheless she loved him like one. Soon after Billie’s Mom found another man to sink her claws into, he was conceived and Billie was the only one who looked after him. They played together, ate together, slept in the same room because the apartment Brain, her stand in Father, had was horribly cramped. Zackary loved baseball, it was what made him so much closer with Brain than Billie was – at the time she hated baseball…but Billie was jealous of Zackary and got mad at him whenever Brain and Zackary went off to do things together – without her. Zack was a good kid though; he was the nicest, most sensitive, modest, most genuine kid Billie’s ever met. She knew he always tried to get Brain to take the little girl out, but Brian didn’t like me much for reasons Billie still don’t get today.
Once, Billie got mad at Zackary because he told her that Brian and Zack were going to go to the Baseball field that evening and watch the local kids play a game. Not knowing any better, Billie ditched Zackary after yelling at him, the kid was only nine and this is something Billie still feels horrible about it. She can’t tell you why he didn’t yell at her back – Zack just took it, like it wasn’t any big deal. A little after the girl left and had gone back to the house she heard that Zack had been shot by one of those stupid Gang members in the area. Everyone was heartbroken – Mom wouldn’t stop crying, Brain started drinking, and Billie busted up all the windows in our garage – that’s why she can’t make a fist, all that glass messed up her hand.
Billie’s Mother later jilted Brain, for reasons that she doesn’t enjoy going into. Nonetheless, the next man that her Mother found was a Lawyer. Unlike her relationship with Brian, Billie actually got along well with the Lawyer, who taught her a little about his profession like how to read someone or tell if someone was lying. He was actually probably the reason why she didn’t become a con-artist right off the bat. Her Mother soon left him nonetheless because of unforeseeable differences between them both.
The next man Billie would call father lived in Jacksonville, Illinois. He worked at a Bank and was an avid poker player. He taught Billie how to play in the first place, but when he began using the poker prodigy to win money against his friends everything went to hell. Billie’s mother because irate and during the biggest fight between two people, where hitting was involved, Billie flew the coop – she ran away. She figured that she wasn’t going to get anywhere with her Mother and over the years had developed a strong dislike for her. Now, she knew how to make her own money and figured she could survive on her own.
She was horribly wrong. The first few months were the hardest, and she actually did end up conning people out of money with the clever use of card games. She also pickpocketed a few times, and was arrested a few times, but eventually she found her way back to the streets. She spent a year like this, punching and jabbing to get money, food, shelter in Chicago - but never once did she complain, crumble, or break that laid-back expression she had. She was picked up by her current employer – Radigan Miller. He saw her play a few of his other clients and wipe the floor with them to make a quick buck. Radigan followed her to the grocery store where she went next and they came to an agreement – Billie would work for Radigan by playing his clients in a friendly poker game, a competition. And that’s where she’s been ever since she was 19, Billie hasn’t lost a poker game in five years, which wins her major points with Radigan.

The weather was wonderful today. The dark clouds above them all were so beautiful as they overpowered that horrid sun, completely shrouding the world below in a light darkness. My, that was an oxymoron - but I digress. Chaos was roaming the Forest below her territory, searching for a few potent herbs that would help Fang's injuries. Those stupid robotic impostors had hurt her precious pet earlier that day and she couldn't allow her Followers to take time away from their daily rounds when she herself was free to do what she pleased; besides, Chaos was rather bored that day. The Green-haired Demon calmly strode through the well forested wood without much effort, despite wearing heeled boots. The herbs the 'Healer' had spoken about were supposed to be around here...
Suddenly, she heard a squawk from above her. Chaos gracefully lifted her head toward it, only to see her other pet - Talon in the trees a few meters away from her. The Raven flapped his wings a few times, blinked his ruby red eyes, and squawked again. Chaos gracefully strolled over to the tree, placing her hand on it as she looked up into the thick branches. Talon motioned at something below him with his beak, Chaos's eyes follow the direction and finally see the herbs. The Raven flies down to her, landing on Chaos extended had. The Demon Lord rubbed her finger against the top of the bird's head. "My, my - when did you blossom and become so clever?" The Raven crooned and rubbed his head against the inside of her wrist.
After a few moments of rewarding her Pet, Chaos sent Talon right back into the air. The Raven disappears into the darkness and mist and Chaos steps in front of the herbs. She bends over them, picking a few from the stems before turning back and walking along the trail that she had subtly marked for herself. Fang was up ahead and despite being well hidden thanks to Chaos's intelligence, she was still worried that someone might come across him. She had sent Talon ahead to check on the Doberman and to keep her updated on his condition. He wasn't that badly injured, if the blows had been the least bit fatal, Chaos would be moving much quicker.
The cool mist was thick enough to cut with a knife as Chaos ventured farther into the mist. She had a calm aura about her, despite the fact that one never knew what could lie in wait around the proverbial corner. Chaos was confident in her abilities to hold off an attack; however, she was not arrogant about them and chose to wait until she was attacked at all times. Chaos did stop to remember a few times where she had been the one to attack blindly before even being spoken to. She sighed and pushed those thoughts away, okay so maybe her emotions got the best of her sometimes.
The Demon Lord raised her free hand into the air and motioned the shadows away from the a rather large tree. The shadows raced away from the spot to reveal a Doberman laying inside an opening in the base of the tree trunk. A fleeting smile came and went from her face before she conjured up shadows to merge together in the form of a mortar. Fang lifted his head and bent his head toward her in the form of a formal greeting. He would have rose to his feet if he could, but it was his feet that had been injured. Deep gashes had been made in the poor things legs; however, the bleeding of those gashes had been stopped by Chaos earlier.
She threw the herbs into a bowl as she levitated in the air next to Fang. Talon squawked from above her and she quickly sent him back to the River with another bowl before going back to grinding the herbs for Fang.
