HOUSE CLAIM
Everyone needs a somewhere to put their stuff and lay down their head on a pillow. So here is where you put in a claim for an apartment (or house in the suburbs if you live with family) to call your own.
When claiming an apartment please try to think realisticly. What kind of background is your character from, and what kind of place can they afford. Not everyone can live in a super expensive placeso try and think of the kind of place a person like her character with their financial position would live in.
There are currently three different types of apartment buildings to choose from, depending on your financial income and the amount of money you have from family. They range from the lowest, cheapest one roomed apartments to three bedroom penthouse style apartments. I do not want everyone asking for an expensive apartment; think carefully about what type of place you want.
Apartment Buildings Available:
- Kingwood Towers; these are the more expensive available and range from two roomed to three roomed apartments, very spacious with full living and kitchen facilities. There are only two apartments per floor. Price range= expensive-to upper medium class.
- Lucifer Apartments; this is more of the middle class apartments, mostly one to two roomed apartments with a smaller kitchen and living area. There are three apartments on each floor of the building. Price range= middle class range.
- Ashwood Apartments; this is the cheapest you can get; all apartments are one bedroom with living and kitchen in the same room. They are in good condition just small. There are four apartments each floor. Price range= cheapest.
Most people would live in the city due to their ages, town living is more for families so please don't flood me with requests for town living. Also, if living in town, you may only have a 1/2 acre of land off your house because of the area the houses are in.
And also just so you know positioning of town/city/stable;
You need to put in a claim before we can put up your sub-board of your apartment. To make a claim put the following code in a post below:
NOTE: please post in and out of code, thanks
